Service Description

Whether planning a full home renovation or the design for just one room with new furnishings and lighting, we'll use our exacting process to create a custom bid based on the unique needs of your project. To ensure a successful, seamless collaboration, it's important we develop a shared understanding from the outset. After we learn your project aspirations, scope and budget during the design-build consultation, we will let you know how many hours it will take to create your custom bid and you can book in this service accordingly via the drop-down menu under preferences on the Booking Calendar page. (Do not worry about the session day and time). We will then plan out the project timeline. We'll gather quotes from subcontractors and confirm their availability. We will itemize all finish materials, lighting, fixtures, furnishings, decor, the works. Once the bid is prepared, we will follow-up with you to schedule time to meet so we may present our proposal. We'll share the schedule and thorough view of estimated costs to complete your project. This all-inclusive estimate is intended to provide a realistic lay of the land and give you peace mind about what is happening when and how your budget will be utilized as we commence on the work together.
